Where do you ship from ?

All orders are shipped from the United Sates via USPS.

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes. We offer international shipping to select countries, including Canada, the UK, Europe, and more. Rates and delivery times vary by destination and are calculated at checkout.

Do I have to pay customs or VAT if I live outside the U.S.?

Yes. International customers may be required to pay import taxes, VAT, or customs fees depending on your country's policies. These charges are not included at checkout and are the buyer's responsibility.

What shipping options are available?

We offer USPS Priority Mail and USPS Priority Express for both domestic and international orders. You'll be able to choose your preferred option at checkout.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your package along the way.

Can I change or cancel my order after it has been placed?

Unfortunately, we cannot change or cancel an order once it's been placed. Please double check all emails before submitting your order.

Do you accept returns?

We accept returns on unused physical brow products and tools within 7 days of purchase. To request a return, please email us at preciousbrowco@gmail.com for approval.

Are refunds available for trainings or digital products?

No - all trainings and digital products are nonrefundable and nonexchangeable. By purchasing, you agree to all policies.

How are refunds processed?

Approved refunds are issued back to your original payment method. Please note, refund timing depends on your bank or payment provider.
